Class 1 Driver (Lower Mainland)
Working Location: Various Locations in Lower Mainland, BC
Start date: As soon as possible
Job Type: Permanent & Full-time
Wage: Dependent on experience
Job Duties:
- Monitor vehicle performance
- Oversee condition of vehicle tires, lights, brakes etc.
- Perform pre-trip inspections and oversee all aspects of vehicle
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Operate and drive trucks to dump various demolition materials in designated areas
- Ensure materials are correctly loaded before dumping
- Maintain log book for each trip
- Potential to perform machine moves
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must wear proper PPE
- Proficient in speaking & writing English
Education:
- HIgh School Diploma, GED or Equivalent (preferred)
- Relevant Credentials (certificates, licenses, courses, etc.)
Experience:
* Open to entry level candidates – training provided
- Highly skilled in operating Class 1 Trucks
- Ability to work in different weather conditions
The following would also be an asset:
- 1-2 years previous experience hauling a trailer
- Experience with roll of bins, 30 yard demolition trailers & loading machines
- Knowledge of Lower Mainland area
Security & Safety Requirements:
- Criminal Record Check (depending on site clearance level)
- Driving Record (Abstract)
Availability Requirements:
Monday – Friday (days)

Foreman/Heavy Equipment Operator (Lower Mainland)
Seeking a Foreman /Heavy Equipment Operator, ideally experienced in both. However, we are open to hiring for two separate positions with the right candidates.
We are a safety focused company and strive on a positive attitude and teamwork. We are looking for individuals that are long-term thinkers looking to advance within a growing company. This is a fast paced, challenging job with great opportunities for the right candidate.

Job Duties:
- Assist labourers with work
- Working off various aerial lifts
- Use of multi-purpose saws, hand tools and power tools
Education:
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Credentials ( certificates, courses, etc.)
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- Candidate must wear proper PPE
- Proficient in English, speaking & writing
- Must be clean shaven (required for fit testing with respirator mask)
- Able to lift 50 pounds
Heavy Equipment Machine Operator MUST HAVE:
- Demolition experience with track excavations (20T machines – cat control)
- Clean Drivers License
- High energy, physically fit, willingness to learn
- Understanding of residential/commercial building construction
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
Job Experience:
***BUILDING DEMO EXPERIENCE A MUST***
- Demolition experience with excavator
- Ability to safely load demolition trailers
- Bobcat operation, mini-excavator and skid steers experience would be an asset
- Experience with power tools
- Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions
- Previous foreman experience
- Saw cutting and coring experience
- Valid Tickets (Fall Protection, etc)

- Proficient in English, writing & speaking
- Must be clean shaven (required for fit testing with respiratory mask)
- Able to life 50 lbs.
Education:
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent (preferred)

Required Experience/Qualifications:
